01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, contacting us, or purchasing any service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You accept these Terms in full without modification

02Services Provided

We offer a range of digital and business services including, but not limited to:

• Web development, WordPress design, and custom web applications
• Digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and Amazon FBA services
• Online government services (e-Passport, NID, TIN, Visa, etc.)
• Custom trading journals, dashboards, and analytics tools
• Scrap trading services (through Eco Metal Traders)

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually before project commencement via WhatsApp or written communication.

03Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project
• Provide content, images, and materials with proper legal rights
• Respond to queries and feedback requests within reasonable time
• Not use our services for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purpose
• Not reproduce, resell, or redistribute our work without permission

04Payment Terms

Standard payment terms for our services:

• 50% advance payment is required before project commencement
• Remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before final delivery
• For larger projects, milestone-based payment schedules may be arranged
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, bKash, Nagad
• All transaction IDs must be shared via WhatsApp for verification

Work will not commence until advance payment is confirmed.

05Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

• Full refund if project has not yet commenced (before work starts)
• Partial refund based on work completed if cancelled mid-project
• No refund once final files or deliverables have been handed over
• No refund for government service fees (these are non-refundable)
• Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment

06Intellectual Property

Ownership and rights regarding our work:

• All website content, code, design, and branding on cyberprobd.online are owned by MD Abu Bokkar
• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of their custom project deliverables
• We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio (unless NDA is signed)
• Third-party assets (fonts, images, libraries) remain under their respective licenses

07Project Timeline & Delivery

Regarding project timelines and delivery:

• Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary based on complexity
• Delays caused by client feedback, missing materials, or scope changes are not our responsibility
• Scope changes may require timeline and price adjustments
• We offer 30 days of free bug support after project delivery

08Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business confidentiality:

• All project details, business information, and discussions remain strictly confidential
• We do not share your information with any third party without consent
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request
• After project completion, we retain the right to display work in our portfolio (unless NDA signed)

09Limitation of Liability

Please note the following liability limitations:

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures (hosting, payment gateways, etc.)
• Trading-related content is educational only; no financial advice is provided
• We are not liable for losses resulting from trading decisions

10Termination

Either party may terminate a project under these conditions:

• Written notice via WhatsApp or email is required
• Client must pay for all work completed up to termination date
• Files completed up to termination are delivered after final payment
• We reserve the right to terminate if client violates these Terms

11Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
